Snow caps

Snow rests on the mountain tops. White caps reflect the sunlight. Evergreens capped with snow, light bouncing off the branches. Hills topped with white powder, glimmering in the sun. Children slide down snow covered hills. Parents watchful eyes are filled with joy. Cabin roofs blanketed in a white cap. Smoke rises from the chimney fires. The earth wears the snow like a winter cap. Playful people watch as fresh snow begins to fall, like a globe shook by a child. The cover of snow wraps the land like a quilt made of cotton. Caps sewn by snowflakes cover the land.
